Hi all.
I recently lost all of my outlook appointments (24-Jun), called MS to get help trying to retrieve them. It was due to using a non-outlook.com email as the primary account in Outlook 365.
Then, when I added my appointments back from a PST file, it generated a series of emails from System Administrator, with the following message (below). I can use Outlook to send and receive emails from my other accounts with no errors, and I have spent hours on the phone with MS without success. I was able to send emails a few times, but responding to an appointment locks my account immediately. I am receiving appointments in a comcast email, and replying via outlook.

- Deleted Malwarebytes, disabled windows firewall
- Used McAfee uninstall software (MCPR.exe)

- Then I receive an email from the Outlook.com team that says my account is blocked.
Hello Dave Tyler,
We noticed some unusual activity in your Outlook.com account. To help protect you, we’ve temporarily blocked your account.
Why are you seeing this?
Someone may have used your account to send out a lot of junk emails or something else that violates our Terms of Service.
How can you unblock your account?
The fastest way to unblock your Outlook.com account is to verify your account.
If you haven’t setup a mobile phone in your account, please contact Customer Support.
Thanks,
The Outlook.com Team

- After verifying my account and unblocking, this process repeats itself. Endlessly. I have had 8 emails from the Outlook.com team asking me to verify. I was able to send a few emails from Outlook with no issues, then it locked up again.
Again, I have no problem sending emails from my iPhone, nor from the web browser. I can log into my account with no issues.
