Is it possible to swith from Outlook to Outlook Express without losing my e-mails?

If so, does anyone care to share?

    Thanks!

      Hi Morgan ~

If you are using Outlook 6, then you may do this:

      • Open Outlook Express 6 and click ‘File‘ on the menubar
      • Click ‘Import‘ and then locate ‘Messages
      • Click ‘Messages‘ to open the import window
      • Click on ‘Microsoft Outlook‘ under ‘Select an e-mail program to import from‘ and click ‘Next
      • Outlook Express should locate the folder where the old e-mail messages were stored. If it does not, or if you know the folder it indicates is incorrect, you can browse to the correct location. Once the correct location is found, click ‘Next
      • Select either ‘All Folders‘ or ‘Selected Folders‘. (If you choose ‘Selected Folders‘, you must select which folders you’d like to import from the list in the white box.) Click ‘Next
      • Click ‘Finish‘ and you are done! smile[/list] You have completed the importing process. All messages which were available using your old e-mail program will now be available in Outlook Express 6. Note that the e-mail messages are still available to your old program, too.
