This sounds a little odd. I manage a Sky/Yahoo email account and read the mails in Outlook 365. Recently (past month) I have noticed that when I open the sp4m/bulk folder, the emails have had their subject renamed to the word “Normal”. However, in the reading pane, the subject line has not changed. screen-shot

I have Googled the issue but don’t seem to be able to find the reason. It’s not a big issue, just curious.

Looks like an old screenshot, not about this issue?

I’m not sure how that happened. It’s not an image from my machine.screen-shot

Isn’t “Confirmation Needed” the subject there?

“Normal” looks more like the sender’s display name.

What appears as sender when the message is opened?

          Sender appears to be “contact(@)klesh.omcdaissions.com”

I just reproduced “Normal” appearing in that position for all messages in my junk email folder by adding a Sensitivity column at View, Current View, View Settings, Columns, Sensitivity, Add.

I suggest you reset the view for your junk email folder at View, Current View, Reset View (which is how I undid my test change).

That worked perfectly. Many thanks. Just got to rack my brain as to how it changed originally!
