    I am having a few problems running Outlook. It keeps crashing and then opens in Safe Mode. I have tried reinstalling it, and repairing it but nothing seems to work. Any suggestions?

      Are you running any code or Add-ins? If so, have you tried removing them all and adding the back one by one?

        Yes, I installed an add-in yesterday. How do I remove it?

          Try Tools|Options and then follow the attachment. HTH

          Edited: Since there is presently a problem with the Lounge graphics: Tools|options|Other|Advanced Options|COM Addins (at the very bottom right).

              There is a problem with the Lounge at the moment. Please be patient, it is being worked on.
