    I am running Outlook 2002 on Windows 2000 OS

    If I leave Outlook minimised and recieve mail Outlook freezes and cannot be accessed, any ideas please

      What does TaskManager say? Outlook is ‘Not Responding’?
      Can you ‘switch task’ to Outlook using TaskManager?

        Sorry it took so long to get back to you but I had a crisis.
        Microsoft has wasted my time and I wasted your time.
        When I rebooted my PC everything worked fine.
        What can I say?

          laugh – no problem! It may be worth running a scandisk and defrag sometime though.
