I have an EU who’s Outlook Client freezes intermittently on close. He will have to end the process manually.
He has a laptop with Off-line Folders set to on. He synchronizes on close. He has a 450MB PST on his Share drive.
Steps to diagnose:
1. Ran ScanPST. – OK
2. Looked for any Rules running in background – OK
Work-around???
I copied the 450MB locally. This seemed to solve the problem, but I wanted to see if there was a way to fix it. Most of the users have their PST on their share drives.
