I am attampting to delve into Outlook Forms. I have users submitting data each week via an Outlook form which I then copy from my Task Folder into XL. The problem I’m having is with setting criteria for users in the form. For instance, I want to make certain fields mandatory. I also want to establish rules for certain fields (e.g. a person’s date of birth can’t be later than today’s date).
I know where to enter rules and where to make fields mandatory. However, the users don’t receive the validation messages. I receive them after the user sends the e-mail. How can I prevent the user from sending the data until they’ve met all the form requirements?
Any help would be appreciated. Also, any good resources pertaining to Outlook forms would be great…I exhausted all my known resources and there was no information on Outlook Forms.
    Thanks,
    Dashiell
