    Problems with Norton System Works 2003 on another computer, prompted me to remove 2003 and re-install Norton System Works 2002 on my XP Pro computer (which was working well). Result:- everything slowed to about 1/200 normal speed. Safe mode

      Outlook Express is not part of Office. Try re-applying IE 6.0 Sp-1.
