    Does anyone here use IMAP under Outlook 2013 and see very slow performance when “synchronizing folders”, sometimes failing to bring the new mail in (sometimes “synchronizing” for minutes)? Often, it seems, I can cancel the “Get New Mail (Ctrl/M) operation and the next time it works.
