Occasionally we have the situation where a user closes Outlook but if you look on the Processes tab of Task Manager it still shows up. Any idea why and how to make it not? Thanks

AskWoody LoungerNovember 10, 2004 at 8:10 pm #898237It does take some time to really close out completely, maybe a minute or two. But then there also is the possibility that another process is keeping it open. I haven’t tried to track these down, but possible culprits might include applications in which the user used File>Send to fire off a message in Outlook.
