Outlook 2021 Alerts disappered overnight.

Restarted Outlook 20201 this morning.  Only one Reminder in the Alert Window.  All other gone.  I have several from work items not completed.  All lost.

That would be my first thought as I have done that by accident before. Another option might be to back up your .pst and run scanpst.exe I have had that fix a corrupted calendar before.

I can’t rule that out.  I put it at a low probability at this point in time.

I will most certainly try the run scanpst.exe and hope that might do it.

Could you explain what you mean by “the Alert Window”?

Is it a custom view of calendar appointments?

It’s normal to only see one at a time in that window as they become due (unless several become due simultaneously).

Set or remove reminders

I have regularly seen multiple reminders in that window.

I now know how to go back though the calendar and select entry by entry to see if that’s the one I needed back in.

I’m not ready to say it’s resolved.  I’ll wait a day or to see if someone has a magic bullet before I pull the plug.
