According to my research, right-clicking on the email address in the header of an email in Otlook 2010 and selecting ‘Add to Outlook Contacts’ puts that sender in Contacts.

The problem I have is that there is no email address displayed between in the majority of my emails, only the sender’s name appears as text, so there is nothing to right-click on.

Your assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Sorry folks. I think I have worked out the cause of the problem.

I have just started using Outlook 2010 and I have imported all of my emails from the old PC. These are the emails that don’t show email addreses in the header. All emails received in Outlook 2010 do.
