I had just sent off an email, when suddenly the Inbox was cleared out. The Sent Items contains all emails sent.
I had copied my .pst file to another folder earlier, so after renaming the .pst file in documentsoutlook files, I copied it back, and amazingly the inbox also had nothing in it, although that .pst file had no such problem when I backed it up.
So how do I recover my Inbox emails?
