Outlook 2010 – How to schedule appointments with no end time

Outlook won’t let me schedule appointments without a end time.
Sometimes I need to schedule appointments with no end time, is this possible?
Can anyone suggest what I can do?

The only way you can do that is to use Recurrence, set the start and end time, set it to daily, then set the ‘Range of recurrence’ to ‘No end date’.
