I have a great many subfolders under Sent Items and I would like to change the column headings in each subfolder without having to do it one subfolder at a time.
Currently, I have a button I called ‘Sent To’ which features all of the required columns, but I have to click on each subfolder, then click on Change View and then click on my ‘Sent To’ button one-subfolder-at-a-time. Given the number of subfolders I have, this is extremely tedious.
Does anyone know of a macro that would do this?
There is no provision to record a macro in Outlook and it seems that Microsoft does not allow you to select Sent Items, tick subfolders and thus provide this ‘bulk’ change column feature, for some strange reason.
I would be very grateful for some help.
