      Want to have multiple business contact manager folders. Is this possible? MS has promised me it will work and advised they would e-mail me the directions to perform such. NEVER got em! SURPRISE!

      I don’t know anything about BCM, but if you click the link in the upper left corner to Ask a Windows or Office Question, folks on the Lounge can help..
