My wife has an MS Exchange email and I have a POP3.
On my previous computer I setup the POP3 first and then added the MS Exchange account.

On the new computer I set up the MS Exchange first.
Now when I try to add the POP3 no mater how I try I keep getting the POP3 sending the mail into exchange email.
I tried to make a new data file location but it always winds up as a sub-folder to the Exchange Inbox.

On my old computer when I started Outlook I had a choice of which account I wanted to open/log onto.

How can I get two separate Identities or Profiles?

    Thanks

      Hi Double Tap,

      Open Outlook 2007

Tools > Account Settings > Email Tab

You should see both your Exchange email account and the POP3 account.

Note: Before proceeding you should check your have a PST Folder in the Data Files tab to store your POP3 emails. If not create one.

Highlight the POP3 account and then click on the “Change Folder” in the lower area of the Account settings window.

Select your desired PST folder for incoming email to be stored.

      Enjoy.
