I am trying to share a vacation schedule calendar on the network with others in my office. This calendar is a subfolder of my calendar and will not share. I can share my calendar, which works well, but don’t want to do that. I tried making the vacation calendar a separate folder under my mailbox but it won’t work either. Where do I need to create this folder so that it will share and not have to share my calendar?

Frustrating but true ….. you can only share your “Primary” Calendar….. Did hours of research trying to figure out a work around for this but sadly couldn’t find one. The only alternative was to either set up a mailbox for that calendar or put it in public folders

Thanks for the info. So, do I just make a calendar folder in the public folder? Can I limit who has access to it if it is in a public folder?

You cannot directly, but you should be able to agree something with the IT Admin. In any event, it will have to be the IT Admin who sets up the Public Folder for you.
