    I am using Outlook 2000 on Win 98 platform, and have for some time. Suddenly Outlook will not load from anywhere on my comp.For a while it would send all but attachments. I recently downloaded and installed a couple updates for Outlook, but tried to stay away from the one that severely limits your email. I have uninstalled and re-installed along with manually deleting some files. Any thoughts?
