Out of Office Reply (O2K SR1)

I’d like to set up an auto reply for out of office but limit the responses to only those messages which originate within our own site.

Can this be done so only “inside” folks get a notice as to my being out of the office?

If a message comes from Nationalcity.com, etc. they get the auto reply but all others no indication.

the easiest way is if they aredisabled on the exchange server. But you can set up conditions to limit the replies to certain messages – such as ones from the GAL or containing certain words in the message body (works if you use an internal footer)

Check with your server admin. They always (or almost) turn it off for outside-bound replies because you can easily get into a loop between two parties that are both sending out-of-office to each other. This can bring down servers!
