Is there anyway to edit Oracle stored procedures?
    – I was wondering if the new Oracle .NET data provider would provide this functionality

I think I’ve found out what my problem was, I’d created the connection in the VS.NET Server Explorer using the Oracle Provider for OLE DB. When I changed to the Microsoft OLE DB for Oracle, I can edit procedures, etc.
Other things changed as well, with the Microsoft driver, additional options appeared, so Database Diagrams, Synonyms, Functions, Package Specifications and Package Bodies are there. WIth the Oracle driver, things like ALL_ALL_TABLES appears in Tables, whereas the Microsoft driver has that under Synonyms
