• Opening .msg files (OE6/O2000)

I originally installed IE6 and OE6 on my machine, and then at a later date installed Office 2000 on it. Now it’s default action for opening .msg files from explorer is to open them in Outlook.

I would rather have them opened in OE6 (as that’s my email client, not Outlook) so is there any easy way to convert the file associations back to OE6 without uninstalling and reinstalling IE/OE? If not, can anyone tell me what the commands are for the associations?

    Thanks in advance.

Outlook Express stores saved e-mails as EML and Outlook 2000 (1 of the options ) is to save as MSG. I’ll check around.
