Why do the links in my email require that I use the Ctrl key and click to open them?

If you use Office 2003, this may be impacted by a Word setting; open Word and under Tools | Options | Edit, UNcheck “Use CTRL + Click to follow hyperlink”. Close Word and Outlook and restart Outlook, see if it helps, post back if not.
