    I have a file with the extension .WEBARCHIVE and I believe it is a Mac file. How can I open this file on a PC?

        Joe, thank you your suggestion. I have downloaded Safari and the installation aborts with the error message:

        X The system administrator has set policies to prevent this installation

        As I am the sole user of my computer with administrator rights I haven’t set any restrictions on the installation of .exe or any other files. Do you happen to know what this message is really telling me?

        Success! I found a tip to turn off UAC and did so, rebooted and Safari install was completed. I have viewed the .webarchive file and would like to thank you very much for pointing me in the right direction.
