Open Shell (Classic Shell) recommendations

I’m a W10 user who has been happily using Classic Shell for a decade.  It’s still working for me, but I’m wondering if anyone has experience with the successor Open Shell and can recommend for or against moving to it?  (And, if so, any thoughts on the recommended version?)

I’m running the latest version 4.4.142 on all my Win8.1 and Win10, and it works great

Open Shell works fine by itself, but if you try to use it in combination with WindowBlinds then you may find that it interferes with your ability to tweak the Windows taskbar to your satisfaction. In that case, Classic Shell will work better (and well) for you.

 

Keep Running Windows 7 Safely for Years to Come  
Make Windows 10 look and work like Windows 7
