    I was wondering.. and my curiosity [and wishes] were granted:  apparently the latest open-shell works just fine on win11.  Whew!

      the latest dev builds & beta of open-shell (like v4.4.169) should also work on Win11 as well

      edit – though a few people did have some problems with open-shell / classic-shell on win11 as noted in this thread in another forum.
