open new ‘bare’ window (2003)

I want my hyperlink to open a new IE window. But I want this window to be “bare”: no toolbars active. How do I include that in my hyperlink code?

Can you send a reference to a place in Front Page help (or anywhere else) where this is explained ?

On the left you will see links to give examples of turning on and off the status bar, scroll bars, etc.
