Open folders automatically (Outlook XP)

I’ve lost the option to open folders when an email arrives.

On my 2k version, when downloading, the Folder list opened each folder
which had unread mail.

With my new XP version, no folders open however, and I can’t remember
where I set the option.

Any suggestions please.

it was a feature of IMO mode in OL2000 and not initially in Ol2002, but added in the June update. See the office update stil to download it.
