OLXP – Multiple Profiles with own Signatures? (XP)

Hi,

We have a PC where the Outlook Client has multiple profiles with their own PST files.

We also want each profile to have it’s own signature.

Problem is, they all get the same one.
How can I MAKE Outlook give each profile it’s OWN email signature?

Replies

Settings that are different among different profiles can be viewed using the Mail control panel. I doubt that signatures are among those settings. Signatures are stored per user (i.e., c:documents and settingsapplication datamicrosoftsignatures). If you find otherwise, please let us know.
