This is in the nuisance category more than any real sort of danger. I get anywhere from 5-15 emails a day that have these 2 characteristics: they’re Chinese-language emails and they have an attachment (usually Excel, but not always). I’m wondering if there’s a way to create a Junk rule for this type of email. I’ve tried a few things:
-
[*]searched this and other forums, and Google in general
[*]looked through the rules criteria and don’t see anything that will help
[*]noticed the headers generally specify UTF-8, but never have I seen one specify Big-5 (I know those are different things; just saying I’ve seen one but not the other.)
[*]I’m using Cloudmark as my SPAM-catcher, and it’s not catching them. I click the Cloudmark Block button every time, but I don’t think Cloudmark’s learning from that.
I’m not worried about possibly missing a legitimate email. They’re not.
Any tips?
