I have an EU that is an admin assistant and has access to her manager’s Outlook Account. She has a laptop and therefore has an OST file and can access her Outlook Information while offline. She would like to be able to access her Manager”s information as well while offline.
If she is delegated, can an OST file be created from her manager’s profile that she can access without having to log out of her outlook session?
Or will she have to log on as her Manager on her laptop while ONLINE and haven it synchronize?
If this is the case, then she will have to use two separate profiles in order to view the information. I don’t think she’ll want to do this,
