I’m not sure if I’m even posting this in the right forum. I recently saw someone using html based forms or applications to fill in information. As I can understand it this information was then imported into Adobe Acrobat. I would like to know more about creating forms and/or applications in html for offline use, and then pulling that information into Adobe Acrobat. However, I’m not sure what terms to use as my search criteria. Could someone please point me in the right direction? Is using FrontPage for this type of offline html use called something in particular? Thanks.

I don’t know of any being used in FrontPage for offline use. Just online use. The data is then submitted to you, as an email or stored into the database of your choice on the web.

You may want to consider using Word forms. See:
      http://www.thewordexpert.com/word.htm#Fill-inForms%5B/url%5D
and then using Acrobat to create PDF documents. Acrobat is NOT Acrobat reader and Acrobat costs several hundred dollars for the average Joe. If you could describe what you’re trying to accomplish, we can probably help a lot better.
