It is possible to download the document from http://www.microsoft.com/office/xp/techguarantee.htm, but
with my computer (AMD K6-2/300 Win 95 OSR2 and HP 820 printer is not possible to print using either Word ’97 SR2, Word 2000 SR1, or Star Office 5.2 All attempts result in a computer crash, insufficient disk or memory space (have 192 megs of ram and 3 gig free disk space). Just what one would expect from Microsoft — a required document that is not printable — how convenient! Note: saving file in .RTF format gives the same results. Any thoughts?
