    My boss has decided that since the technicians all have to have their MCP’s, I need to get the Office Specialist tag. Has anyone taken the tests recently and how are they? Any suggestions, other than the Microsoft book, for resources? The MCP tests have some free, online practice tests. I can’t find anything for the Office Specialist tests. I can work Word pretty well, but always tested poorly. I’d be grateful for any help/suggestions/comments from those who have been through it.

      There have been a number of posts on this subject in the past. It used to be known as MOUS Certification. If you try our Search facility looking for “MOUS Certification” or “MOS Certification” (without the quotes in each case), you should be able to get some more information. HTH
