      The links to the Kb articles were initially active. But as of 2:30pm CST US, they are no longer active.

      Abbodi86 advises that the Compatibility Appraiser updates KB 2952664 (Win7) and KB 2976978 (Win 8.1) are back.

        yup – KB2952664 & KB2976978 are back…and those patches have been revised with digital signature dates of October 20, 2017 (for KB2952664 for Win7) and October 12, 2017 (for KB2976978 for Win8.1).
