Office 2K to XP (2K)

I’ve decided to upgrade from Office 2K to XP. What’s the best way — completely uninstall the former and clean install XP? Or upgrade over 2K. Any other tips? Thanks.

I have NOT had any problems with the installing of it over 2000, it may ask if the installer may reme the old version, just say yes. If you are installing a a upgrade it will need to see a copy any way.
