I see that the new Microsoft Office 2024 LTSC was released yesterday. I was reading about the deployment of the software.

If I download the new version is there a setup file to click on to just install it on my home computer?

The deployment article talked about creating command prompts and downloading the ODT tool.

Any information on installation to a home computer would be helpful.

Office Long Term Service Channel (LTSC) editions are typically used in a business environment and sold to organizations through volume licensing agreements.

The instructions in the MS support article Download and install or reinstall Microsoft 365 or Office 2021 on a PC or Mac also apply to Office 2014.
