Patch reliability is unclear. Unless you have an immediate, pressing need to install a specific patch, don't do it. |
I uninstalled office 2016 home to install 2021 pro. When I entered the new product key into the setup. office.com in my MS account I got a notification that I already owned this and connected the new key to office 2016. It is a totally different key than my 2016 key. The install file sent does not work.
I’m afraid that if I make a new MS account and start again it will tell me that the Key has been used already.
Any suggestions?
