I had a major storage problem and had to reformat c: and reinstall win-xp and office 2003 from scratch. After installation I applied Office 2003 service packs 1, 2, and 3.
As I am trying to get things back to normal, I noticed in C:Program FilesMicrosoft Office – There is an OFFICE11 folder but I am missing the OFFICE12 folder that was on my old system (I have complete image copies of the old system on an external hard drive).
I would have thought that by applying all 3 of Office 2003 service packs I would be fairly up to date. Does anyone know where the OFFICE12 folder originated?
I have automatic updates set so I am guessing that over time, everything will be updated, but I am curious about the OFFICE12 folder.
