When I print out an e-mail in Outlook Express 6.0, my name appears in the upper left-hand corner of the page as it should but without the last letter of my surname.

I’ve examined Tools/Accounts/Properties/User Name. My name is entered correctly there. Where else do I go in Outlook Express to correct this minor but irritating problem? I already deleted and recreated by e-mail account. The error in my last name persists. Help appreciated and thanks.

There doesn’t appear to be an *.ini file associated Outlook Express, for exampe…

        Thanks.

A friend of mine wanted to change his outlook express name from CHARLES to CHUCK – had to go to his ISP as they somehow controlled it.
