You should warn users that with the October update, there is a PC health update check that is add in the program files that can be uninstalled. I’m very upset that “Ask Woody” site didn’t mention this prior to moove to deefcon 3 !!!

October security updates for Windows 10 up to 21H1 doesn’t contain the PC health update KB5005463 which is a separate, none security, update.
I didn’t get it.This update shouldn’t have an effect on October DefCon.
ps, DefCon level refers to public versions on Windows OS not to insiders versions like 21H2..

ManagerOctober 27, 2021 at 2:56 pm #2398272One thing to keep in mind is that often you guys see things faster than I do. Patches like the pc health update are not sent out to all computers (at least not that I can tell) and thus you will get an update that I won’t see.
That said it’s the time of the month that I really want you to have updates installed.
