Beginning with the Release 555, NVIDIA display drivers will no longer support older CPUs that do not support POPCNT (Popuulation Count) instruction. While these CPUs are already officially not supported on Microsoft’s Windows 10/Windows 11, if a user with a PC using an unsupported CPU attempts to install R555+ display drivers, the PC will bugcheck/BSOD when booting into Windows. ..

Instead of copying and pasting someone else’s work and adding no thoughts of your own to a post why not use the format below.

U.K. new government faces old pylon problem (Guardian)

It is a format that is used by columnists at major news organizations, like Reuters, to share important news offered by others.

The format preserves the integrity and economic interests of the original publisher while at the same time making interesting news available quickly.

We receive a number of emails each morning using the above format.  And the sender may also provide their own commentary related to what is in the post while not quoting the original content.

I don’t see any issue with the way Alex presented this.

Alex provided a link to the article at the very top.

Alex only put in a short quote from the article. He did NOT put in the full article, which I agree would not be appropriate.

Even Reuters include “quotes” from people in articles they publish. Are you saying that instead of quoting people, that Reuters should only provide links to what these people are saying instead of the actual quote?
