Follow the instructions on that page (read them slowly and carefully to not miss any important info that will prevent successful installation) to successfully install this and other subsequent drivers that may be released between now and the end of September 2024 when Nvidia will no longer support these products on Windows 7. See last paragraph below for further info.

Per the driver’s release notes, this update is a “security update display driver”. They also state that a security bulletin will be released after the driver’s actual release. Full release notes for this driver can be found at the following link:

The specific information about the security update can be found on printed page 5 (page 9 of 28 in the pdf viewer of your choice) under “Version 475.06 Highlights”, sub-heading of “New Features” and subsequent sub-heading of “GeForce Security Update Driver”.

Per the info on the following linked-to page, Nvidia will no longer support GPUs running on Windows 7, Windows 8 and Windows 8.1 platforms after September 2024:
