I need to set up a user to view networking information (IP address & such) but not be able to install programs or edit registry. Is there a way to do this without granting full administrator rights? Thanks.

      Hi,
One options is to place this utility on a share which can be accessed by this user. After you run it, you will have on desktop all information about current network settings and more (you can configure which information will be on desktop)

Can’t you go to Start | Run | CMD. Then IPCONFIG. What else do you want the user to know?
