How do I set a rule to let me know if a meeting invitation I sent is getting forwarded to other recipients? I’ve attached an example of what the notifcation looks like. I know we don’t have this set up for all our users at an exchange level so I’m thinking a user set up a rule to do this? Any suggestions appreciated!

I believe this is NOT a rule a user sets up, rather an Exchange 2007 feature. If an invitation is manually forwarded, then you will not see a notification, but if a user has a rule set that automatically forwards an invitation, for whatever reason, than the Exchange server informs you of the forward. You’ll notice on your sample message that it was Exchange that sent the forwarded notification.
