Patch reliability is unclear. Unless you have an immediate, pressing need to install a specific patch, don't do it. |
Recently the monitor on my year old Gateway Notebook has started flashing or getting bright then less bright as I am using it. I’m wondering if there are any valid reasons for this to happen (i.e. running too warm)? I use a chill pad to keep it cool. I have only noticed it the last two times I have used it and if there are no good reasons for it happening I want to address it before my service warranty runs out.
