Hi all, I have two tables (table A and table B), containing records that reference each other using a “KEY” field… there is a one to many relationship from table A to table B… there is supposed to be at least one corresponding record in table B for each record in table A, I have discovered that this is not true due to record entry errors… My question is that “is there an easy way to run a query that will show only records from table A where there is NO corresponding record in table B ?”Thank you

In Access 2003 there’s a wizard on the query tab called ‘Find unmatched Query Wizard’. I assume there’s something like it in newer versions of Access. Just follow the directions….
