As I said in my original post, the uninstaller is missing. Photoshop does not appear in the Add Remove dialogue.

          walterrono,

Hello.. Try to navigate to wherever “Photoshop” is installed (Program Files or Program Files (x86) ) and open the folder and have a “looksee” there might be an “uninstaller.exe” lurking there. Also have a look in “Program Data” At times to get to the “Uninstaller” you have to run the Install bit and then you will receive the option to “Repair” or “uninstall” … Regards Fred

I’m using Win7 64 bit. There is no uninstaller anywhere.

        walterrono,

Hello… Did you try to run the “Installer” ? (the original .exe you used to install the program) …Regards Fred

Thats the same OS i use. Pre releases of Apps often don’t include uninstallers. They just expire.
Does CS5 still work??? CCleaner has options to find and uninstall apps also. Do you have CCleaner.
The best bet is probably what Fred said above.

Word of warning- you probably already know this but it is best to deactivate PS before uninstalling….I think from the Help menu item….

After that, go to installed programs in Control Panel, search for Adobe Photoshop CS5 or whatever and click uninstall.

Go to Adobe and INSTALL PS, It will update. Now uninstall PS in control panel. Run CClean to remove lint.
