    It looks like Publisher does not support field codes. Can anyone confirm or deny this?

    Trying to put a table of contents (and all the marks) in a Pub doc.

      You are correct. Publisher does not support field codes. The only way around this would be by using Word and OLE into Publisher.

        …which is weird because it supports page numbering and “Personal Information” which are enough like field codes and document properties to make you wonder why Publisher is so crippled. Enticements to future upgrades?
