I have a machine that will not allow me to get into the TCP/IP settings to set the DNS.

It is running Win2k on a domain. Neither the domain administrator, nor the local administrator can get access. The Properties button is greyed out. If I use ipconfig and try the flushdns option that also has no effect.

The machine is no longer picking up the domain settings when it starts up.

Is there any other way that I can get in to manually set the DNS server?
